Weedless veggie and flower gardens LOL, GRANDKIDS, fixing up this OLD house, Family, Christ, Friends, SURVIVOR, Music, Good Books & Movies, LOVE Stephen King!! Love my husbands BBQ and so much more and not neccessarily in that order
Don't do sports usually, but go for the underdog at SuperBowl and if the STL Cardinals or KC Royals are in the Series I would go for them. The best sports are the ones my kids played and now my grandkids. I can get real excited over a good baseball game from my lawn chair.
I Love ALL Stephen King, Jurrasic Park, Indiana Jones, Scary Movies (not gorry ones though), Premonition w/Sandra Bullock was Pretty good, but you have to stay focused to keep up. Flags of Our Fathers disapointed me, very disorganized and hard to follow story line. Didn't even finish it.
SURVIVOR ADDICT LOL, Kid Nation was great, my grandchildren want to be on it, hope it comes on again, Big Brother, Y&R and B&B and CANE Looks like a good one this year. Ghost Whisper, CSI, NCIS, Americas Next Top Model, and any home improvement show I can find, also love the History and Science Channels
Books:
I have read the Bible cover to cover many times, Stephen Kings Desparation, my favorites were The Stand, The Talisman and the Green Mile. I like biographies of important historical indivuduals, George Washington's was great. The Black Stallion was one of my most favorite as a young girl and yes discovering Stephen King was fantastic. I like books about ancient cultures and strange and mysterious facts or events. I have been an avid reader most of my life until the eyes started aging, ugh! Guess I'm going to have to replace my books with audio versions, oh my!
Heroes/Idols:
The Biggest Hero in My Life is Christ Who Died for unworthy me and many others at Calvary. My Uncle Frank, he was the best example of what a good man was and is for me growing up. I don't always find inspiration in a who, but my church family inspires me and my husband, children and grandchildren inspire me every day.
