Here's three links, they will explain how the M.J. laws in Canada have not bee in force & effect for years, since Terry Parker Day, August 1, 2001 in fact, & how they've been covering it up.
A recent decision from a B.C. Supreme Court in Sfetkopoulos Vs. Canada shows the law has been dead since the day Health Canada reinstated 3 bad parts back into the MMAR regulations. These 3 parts were taken out by the courts back in 2001, because they were found to be unconstitutional. Very informative 10 minutes each.
