I am interested in meeting people who are ready to beat this recession and open their minds to new ideas. I think that we as Americans need to realize that the industrial age that we have been living in is a thing of the past and we need to welcome in the information age. People need to understand that the jobs that are being outsourced to other countries are not coming back. It is time to find another means of making a living. In the last few years the companies that have grown with leaps and bounds are not companies that produce or manufacture a product, they are companies that utilize this little tool we call the internet. Here are some examples that you may recognize: Google, Myspace, and You Tube. Here is something to think about, if Myspace is free to everyone, then how has "Tom" become so insanely wealthy? If you look there are many opportunities out there on the web where you can start up your own business, some of which do not cost anything to start. However, if one chooses to take this route beware there are a lot of these businesses out there that are scams. Do your do diligent work before you decide to join one of these businesses so as you do not get taken by one of these scams, and remember that it takes effort just as if it were a job to succeed in these business opportunities.
I would also like to meet people out there who are compassionate toward other human beings. I feel that if one is willing to try and help themselves and struggling every step of the way then it is my duty as a fellow human being to help this individual in anyway I possibly can. The way society is today most people just turn their heads and look the other way when they see a person struggling. If it isn't beneficial to them then forget helping out. This is why, this generation of people branded themselves the name: "The Me Generation." It is sad, that the only time that people band together to help one another is when something tragic happens. Well I suppose that is enough ranting. I would like to leave you with one more thing and then I am done.
Here is something that was told to me that I would like to share with you. When we die our headstone may have several things on it, but one thing that the majority of headstones have on them is.....so and so was (born on ? - died on ?). In the middle of this is a dash, which represents one's life. I would like for my dash to tell of all the achievements I had made in my life and all of the people that I had helped to achieve all of their dreams, whether it was financial, family, community, or what ever their dreams maybe. So with that said, I ask you, WHAT WILL YOUR DASH SAY?
