I have always been interested in lifting and all sorts of physical activities(Soccer,Wrestling,Boxing,Canoing,*Weight Lifting*). Now I am taking this interest to the next level and getting my degree in fitness. From there I will get my personal training certification and help others achieve their goals with there body, which I hope will then empower them in many other areas of their lives.
