Do you remember the life style what you had lived in your child hood? Did you observe any changes in that? Was that a happy one? Definitely yes.

What do you think, you are living a life style of that kind even today? I definitely say that you are not.

What is that change what had effected your life style?

From my childhood i had been taught that earth rotates around the sun. Ofcourse what science says is that. But i never had a clue for the driving force that is forcing earth to rotate round the sun. Have you ever thought about this? What this says is there is some force other than gravitational force what does the above. What force is that?

Before learning what is that force we have to know some other things too.

To learn life de-adiction is the first word that has to be implemented in your life. If you are adicted to some thing your first attempt is to leave that. Ofcourse that may not be so easy as writing. Because de-adiction is the most difficult thing that can be implemented by any one in this world.

For that I have got the solution.

That is Meditation.

There are so many ways to meditate but what I am going to teach is really result oriented. You will get very good results for de-adiction with this method of meditation.


Start Meditation.

Take your self into a noise free room. Sit down in a chair or on floor crossing your legs and fingers of your hands resting your hands on your legs. Do not rest your head any where and straighten your body vertically. Close your eyes and start taking long breaths. Your breath should take a minimum of 10 seconds. Now stop thinking anything. Some thoughts will definitely come. Just cut those and concentrate only on breathing. Keep breaking any thoughts that come at this time. Slowly your breathing time keeps reducing. At certain stage it almost comes to 0 seconds. Do this for at least half an hour.

Start Meditation after bath preferably before 6 'o' clock in the morning and after 6 'o' clock in the evening.

Do the above for 4 to 5 days, twice a day with a gap of 10 hours. You will know what am i going to do with this blog. After that come to this site and post your experiences.

Astral Travel Can Be Done With Meditation.

In ancient days saints used to travel in the universe using their Astral body by practicing meditation. Astral body is our other form of consciousness. Meditation is a state of consciousness when your mind is free of thoughts.

Meditation is flow of your mind towards concentration. You have to develop concentration for meditation.

Why concentration is important for meditation?

Meditation is nothing but making your mind free from all thoughts. When your mind will be free? When you narrow your thoughts to specific object or thing and concentrate on that object.

Your mind will be concentrating on that specific object leaving behind all the thoughts. If you have thoughts in your mind, they will distract your concentration.

How to improve your concentration?

You have two techniques to improve your concentration: number meditation technique and visualization meditation technique.

Number meditation technique depends on numbers. Close your eyes and start counting from number one while exhaling. When you visualize number one in your mind breathe in and start visualize number two in your mind. When you see number two breathe in. You continue this process fifteen to twenty minutes.

Visualization technique depends on visualization of objects. Close your eyes and think about any object in your mind and try to visualize it. Suppose if you think of a clock in your mind, get the clock in front of your eyes and visualize it. You continue visualizing the object, the color of the object and the shape of the object.

By following these techniques you can improve your concentration. After improving your concentration, you can do some concentration exercises which help meditation

Concentrate on breathing: concentrate on your breathing as you exhale and inhale. After you breathe in, hold for few seconds and then breathe out. Your mind should be free from all the distractions. You should concentrate when you breathe in and when you breathe out. Nothing should be in your mind.

Concentrate on the object: keep any object such as flower in front of you. Concentrate on the flower with your eyes half closed and half open. You should not see other objects in the room when you are concentrating on the flower. Now you narrow your concentration to a part of the flower such as tip of a petal. As you are narrowing your concentration, your concentration increases and you are in the deep state of meditation.

Concentrate on your heart beat: you have to concentrate on your heart beat and nothing should be in your mind. You have to hear your heart beat and concentrate on it and nothing should draw your concentration.
You have to select a comfortable place for meditation. There should be sufficient ventilation and outside disturbance should be less. You can keep pillows and blankets for your physical comfort to do meditation. The temperature of the room should be minimum and lighting should be low.

You can sit quietly or lie down with your eyes closed in the room created by you to perform meditation.

Initially you may feel some discomfort. Whenever you are feeling discomfort, stop meditating and start after some time. As you practice meditation, you can do meditation any where but try to select a calm and quiet place.

Is Meditation Different From Yoga?

Before judging difference it is important to know what is 'Yoga'? Yoga is a sanskrit word which means intentional and concentrated practice to unite one's 'Atma' in 'Paramatma'. Atma means spirit and parama means supreme. Paramatma is the name given to supreme energy in snskrit. This yoga is practiced mostly by Indian saints known as yogis. To keep them selves concentrate on yoga, yogis used to keep themselves fit physically and mentally. For that they used to practiced 'Asanas (postures)' which keep the phisical and mental bodies fit and healthy by which yogis used to not get disturbed by ill health and other problems.

But in modern days the word yoga is misunderstood by people. The asanas were understood as yoga by people and practicing asanas with the name yoga. These days many people are practicing 'yogasanas' only but not yoga.

From my childhood i had been taught that earth rotates around the sun. Ofcourse what science says is that. But i never had a clue for the driving force that is forcing earth to rotate round the sun. Have you ever thought about this? What this says is there is some force other than gravitational force what does the above. What force is that?

Before learning what is that force we have to know some other things too.

To learn life de-adiction is the first word that has to be implemented in your life. If you are adicted to some thing your first attempt is to leave that. Ofcourse that may not be so easy as writing. Because de-adiction is the most difficult thing that can be implemented by any one in this world.

For that I have got the solution.

That is Meditation.

There are so many ways to meditate but what I am going to teach is really result oriented. You will get very good results for de-adiction with this method of meditation.


Start Meditation.

Take your self into a noise free room. Sit down in a chair or on floor crossing your legs and fingers of your hands resting your hands on your legs. Do not rest your head any where and straighten your body vertically. Close your eyes and start taking long breaths. Your breath should take a minimum of 10 seconds. Now stop thinking anything. Some thoughts will definitely come. Just cut those and concentrate only on breathing. Keep breaking any thoughts that come at this time. Slowly your breathing time keeps reducing. At certain stage it almost comes to 0 seconds. Do this for at least half an hour.

Start Meditation after bath preferably before 6 'o' clock in the morning and after 6 'o' clock in the evening.

Do the above for 4 to 5 days, twice a day with a gap of 10 hours. You will know what am i going to do with this blog. After that come to this site and post your experiences.

To get awareness people must start thinking some spirituality and start practicing meditation. You have so many powers with you and don't know how to use them your life is going waste. I appeal you to start meditating and learn how to acquire those powers.

There are several methods to meditate. I will explain in my future posts those methods of meditation and what will you experience with each meditation. In my further posts i will give more knowledge about these powers and give you a way to learn your life.

RAJA YOGA

This is the richest and royal way of meditation. Raja means 'King'. Like how the king takes control over his kingdom this way of meditation takes control over our mind. That is we use our mind powers to achieve our goals to realize and take control over ourselves.


The basic principle behind Raja Yoga is Devine is in our heart. And this belief is suppressed by the flow of thoughts what disturbs the mind. If these thoughts can be dissolved which rests the mind then one can realize the Devine.


All our beliefs and aims are to be to learn the truth. In Raja yoga no belief or faith is required other than truth. To experience this truth a strong desire is required from one self. Raja yoga suggests us the practical and logical way to learn this truth. There is no limit to the power of human mind. The more we concentrate the more we can gain this power. Raja yoga requires constant practice.


This Meditation(Raja Yoga) is to be practiced under the direction of good guide who achieved perfection in teaching Raja Yoga. The Raja-Yoga gives us perfect concentration of mind which keeps our mind and body completely relaxed and free. Hiring and retaining good people is vital to the success of every organization ,Whether profit or non profit, public or private. Those organizations that are able to acquire, develop, stimulate, and retain outstanding workers will be both effective and efficient. Those organizations which are ineffective or inefficient risk the hazards of stagnating or going out of business. Survival of an organization requires competent managers and workers coordinating their efforts towards a common goal. While successful coordination cannot guarantee success, organizations which are unsuccessful in getting such coordination from managers and workers will ultimately fail. To look at HRM more specifically, it is a process consisting of four functions-acquisition, development, motivation and maintenance-of human resources. These functions can be getting people, preparing them, activating them, and retaining them. The acquisition function begins with planning. Relative to human resource requirements, the organization needs to know where it is going and how it is going to get there. This includes the estimation of demands and supplies of labour. Acquisition also includes the recruitment, selection, and socialization of employees. The development function can be viewed along three dimensions. The first is employee training, which emphasizes skill development and the change in attitudes among workers. The second is management development, which concerns itself primarily with knowledge acquisition and the enhancement of an executive’s conceptual abilities. The third is career development , which is continual effort to match long term individual and organizational needs. The motivation function begins with the recognition that individuals are unique and that motivation techniques must reflect the needs of each individual. Within the motivation function, alienation, job satisfaction, performance appraisal, behavioral and structural techniques for stimulating worker performance, the importance of linking rewards to performance, compensation and benefits administration, and how to handle problem employees are reviewed. The final function is maintenance. In contrast to the motivation function, which attempts to stimulate performance, the maintenance function is concerned with providing those working conditions that employees believe are important in order to maintain their to the organization. Within the confines of the four functions- acquisition, development, motivation and maintenance-many changes have occurred over the years. What once was merely an activity to find a warm body to fill a vacancy has become a sophisticated process of finding , developing and retaining the best –qualified person for the job .But this metamorphosis did not occur overnight . It is the result of many changes in management thought, society, and the workers themselves.

Effectiveness could be defined as the degree to which organization realizes its goals.
Organisational effectiveness is the extent to which an organization, given certain resources and means ,achieves its objectives without placing undue strain on its members .
Effectiveness is the ability of an organization to mobilize its centres of power for action-producing and adaptation.
Effectiveness of an organization can be seen in terms of survival of the organization.
According to silver and Sherman, Organisational effectiveness is the extent to which defind and finite resources can achieve its growth and profit without destroying its internal resources. It is how a company meets its minimization of stoppage between the input of resources and the optimized output .He further supports his viewpoint by an analogy that, there are parts of a ship which taken by themselves sink . The engine would plunge into the bottom of the sea and so would the propeller . The steel of the hull would sink. But when the parts of the ship are put together, they float. Thus organizational effectiveness is getting it together , to keep the enterprise afloat and competitive.
According to Houck levis Organisational effectiveness is the tool to which a goal that has been set for an operating task is attained in terms of quality and completion.
Warren. G. Bennils opines Organisational effectiveness is the system’s capacity to survive, adapt, maintain and grow, regardless of the particular function it performs.
Organizational systems effectiveness

People in the organization can tilt either way toward growth or toward stagnation. The design of the system in which people work can significantly influence which way they go and how far. The more they tilt toward stagnation, the higher the probability of developing organization illness. And in general ,the more they orient themselves toward growth, the better for organizational health. Behavioural research scientists are of the opinion that organization can be made more humane and at the same time more effective. It is possible to design organizational systems where individual participants can give of themselves and not given themselves up. In spite of the fact that some basic conflicts between the individual and the organization , there can be new organizational structures ,heightened competence in interpersonal relation among the managers , and increased group effectiveness. On the other hand incompetent organizational structures create executive environments lacking in trust, openness, dynamism and results in ineffective problem solving ,poor decision making and organizational illness.

Just in any other aspect of decision making, it is important to point to the most fundamental aspect of business management i.e. the individualization of decision making based on organizational needs, wants and ability. It is safe to assume that most business concepts and fundamentals are uniform and apply to virtually all businesses. However, any decision maker or stakeholder has to be aware that those fundamentals have to be tailored to particular organizations current standing, ability as well as organizational goals and organizational strategic vision.

This may lead to the conclusion that informational technology is no exception. Information systems and its respective tools that include software and hardware are simply tools that are used to enhance the organizational ability to become more effective and efficient. Hence those tools have to be tailored and customized in order to reap the benefits. In order to maximize the benefits, one has to assume that operators i.e. employees or decision makers have the greatest knowledge and expertise to use those systems. Equally the customization has to be done in a way that complements the end users ability to use those systems.

Ultimately, it is not far fetched to label information systems simply as just another tool that can not be effectively maximized in its usage, unless it is designed, tailored and customized to fit the goals as well as the ability of the end user to effective implement their respective usage.

Changes are taking place all around in organization. It is but natural that everything changes over time. What remains constant is change itself. Manager finds that changes need to be initiated at different levels within the organization –individual, group, structure, processes and subsystems coping with internal and external environmental changes. By scanning the environment of the organization and deciphering how changes in the environment are likely to widen the gap between desired and actual state of affairs of organization such as productivity, customer and employer satisfactions, profits, the manager can be a change – agent for introducing planned changes in the organization. The term work change in the organization refers to any alteration that occurs in the work environment. Planned changes mean those changes which are effected in a planned manner after assessing the need for change and working out the details as to when and how they will be carried out. Planned change is also called proactive change. In contrast, reactive change is one which takes place in random fashion as a crisis situation develops. For proactive or planned change to be initiated, manager shall be sensitive to the environment al changes affecting the organization by being boundary scanners so that organizational crisis situations can be averted. Planned changes or proactive change is purposeful or goal-directed. There are two widely recognized goals of the planned change. One, it seeks to improve the organizational ability to cope with, or adapt to, changing environment. Second, it seeks to change employee knowledge, attitude and behavior. A few generalizations about change reflect its nature. Change in any part of the organization tends to affect the whole organization. Change is a human as well as a technical problem. Social equilibrium exists in the organization employees are adjusted. When change occurs in the organization, it requires employees to make new adjustments as the organization seeks new equilibrium.Regarding it is the objective of management to restore and maintain equilibrium of work group and personal adjustment which change upsets. Though manager is a primary change agent, employees, outside consultants may also be change agents.

Every organization has certain objectives or goals which it strives to accomplish. In order to do so, people work together in groups .The activities of each of these individuals and groups are co-ordinated by authority-responsibility relationships. These are determined on the basis of the hierarchy of the jobs. This is what we mean by “organization”. Such clearly marked relationships help to ensure effective work performance. Some of the commonly used definitions of the term are given here, so as to draw a clearer picture of the term and its use. An organization is a group of individuals co-ordinated into different levels of authority and segments of specialization for the purpose of achieving the goals and objectives of the organization . The process of identifying and grouping the work to be performed, defining and delegating responsibility and authority, and establishing relationships for the purpose of enabling people to work most effectively together in establishing of objectives. An organization is the formation of an effective machine, the management of an effective executive and the administration of an effective direction. Administration determines the goals, management strives towards it. Administrator determines the organization ; the management uses it. An organization is a machine of management in its achievement of the ends determined by its administration. An analysis of these definitions show that organizations are born out of a necessity for a clear, well defined system or structure, which people require for execution of their work responsibilities . It helps them to relate to each other , co-ordinate their activities , and achieve the organizational goals or objectives. It minimizes confusion, nurtures suitable work behavior , and maximizes effectiveness.
