Heroes/Idols:
The greatest hero I have is the Love of My Life, Margaret - she has taught me the most important lessons of my entire life, she has always supported and encouraged me, she has stood beside me in the darkest times that I have ever faced. For her, I have changed so much about who I am, and how I am, and what I say and do, and how I say and do it.
My other heroes are all the people who have struggled in their lives and triumphed; those who care for frail, aged or disabled family and friends - the unsung heroes of the world; my family, my students, my friends, Wayne Bennett (the coach of the Brisbane Broncos, who instils in his players that football is just a part of the wider game of life)
