Im a simple being. I enjoy the out doors, hiking, camping, and nature. I meditate and practice yoga. These days my practice is not focused as much on asanas: physical postures. It's more about making my life my practice. Using my relationships as a mirror for my growth.

I do a little music production and sound editing in my spare time. One of my various creative outlets. I love to just listen. It's a meditation in of it's self.
I have been into natural health and healing for over 12 years. It's how I have made my living for the past 6 years. I have tons of herbal and nutritional knowledge. I use this knowledge to help people heal them selves. I love to educate peeps on these topics. I believe that food is medicine. I also like to cook for and feed others.

The people of Planet Earth are in need of some great change. We live a life that is so out of harmony with nature. We all know the problems. Countless wars in the name of oil, religion, and power. The Pollution not only of this beautiful planet, but also of our own minds and hearts. Famine and poverty while the rich live off the backs of the poor. We have become slaves to the soon to be crashing dollar bill. We work our selves to death all our lives so that we may enjoy it once we are old. How crazy is that!?
