Deb	I have the opportunity to participate in something wonderful called life. To exist and participate in everything in some way. Participating in the sunrise, the sunset, the healing, the celebrations and more. Everyday as a participant find something to celebrate. Overcoming the obstacle of fear as a spectator , I learned the positive vibrations of participation. Including others in this great journey by invitation in every possible way. Always looking for or pointing out the next great event, such as a snowflake falling or a flower blooming. There always seems to be some opportunity to participate. Movies:	My all time fave is Shaun of The Dead! Really love The Darjeeling Limited too!!
TV:	Since we were on an episode of How Do I Look? that may be my fave show. But I do enjoy Athony Bourdain's No Reservations...ALOT!
Books:	My husband just wrote a book called Closet Doors. You can find it on www.lulu.com. Study on different forms of yoga, as well as Baghavad Gita and Kabbalah. LOVED Autobiography of a Yogi!!! Highly recommend Yoga and the Quest for The True Self by Stephen Cope to all new yogis.
Heroes/Idols:	I admire my mom ALOT! She's a great mom, friend, woman...and oh yeah, she's a Wiccan too!! My husband Damon inspires me the most. He's been through too much with his family and yet still comes out on top. He IS THE BEST husband and father...EVER!!!
