I am a "Griot" which means Storyteller. Being a professional performer, folklores, folk artist it is a through my creativity, and my ability to give meaning to the world. Through the stories I share about community building, restoring culture,
working on one's own self-esteem and human morals. Is how my quote came into the light of every step I take. We are the artists of our world. We can write the story to our life, we can build our dream house. Stories and thoughts create our world, the stories of our grandparents, our parents and the stories of our children and our children's children. That is how life continues to grow. Stories should be heard, put in our memory bank and shared with the younger generations.

I listen to African, reggae and meditation music. Sometimes I listen to R&B, has to be oldies but goodies. I also love live jazz sets.
