I'm home after an awesome 6 weeks away on holiday in New Zealand. Just wanted to thank all my faithful friends for keeping up with their comments even though I was unable to reply while I was away and to wish you a merry christmas and the.

I wish all my Yuwie friends in the U.S. a Happy Thanksgiving and my Yuwie friends abroad a wonderful week full of thanks and gratitude for all that you hold near and dear. I'll be away from my computer until Sunday. Will be leaving tomorrow and heading out of town to spend Thanksgiving with relatives. Thank God...I don't have to cook the bird this year!!!!! Hosted Thanksgiving last year for the first time - what a experience. This year I'll get to relax - YEAH!!!! Take care and have a wonderful week.

Hope you're having a great day today. The weather is beautiful here in St. Louis, but I heard it's going to get real chilly by Thanksgiving. Take care.
When one door of happiness closes, another opens, but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one that has been opened for us. Quote by Helen Keller
One of my Yuwie friends (Christina) gave me this idea. She does this and I've decided to do this also. Instead of just wishing my friends a great day and such - I'd like to leave a daily quote. I love quotes and tend to take note of those that motivate me or inspire me. Many of mine do tend to be environmental - not all. But these keep me focused when I stray from my goals or things that are important to me. Hope everyone has a great day and here's the first of my daily quote's to my Yuwie friends:
Humankind has not woven the web of life. We are but one thread within it. Whatever we do to the web, we do to ourselves. All things are bound together. All things connect. ~Chief Seattle, 1855
