HOUSE=CSI=HISTORY OR DISCOVERY CHANNELS Other than that the only time I sit in front of the T.V. is when my friends & I were in the audience of the Jerry Springer Show, and when it airs on a certain day, we go often, its fun, and when I hear their hard luck stories, my life just doesn't seem that bad at all! Jerry Springer walked me to my car at the end of one of his tapings, on his Birthday February 14, 2005,and I have witnesses, Frank, my son, Conrad, Ian, Chico,our friends, who were shocked when they see me walk to the door hand and hand with Jerry Springer!!! Then I kissed Jerry goodbye ad thank him again!! So I have been in the Jerry Springer Audience shows about 4 times now and I loved it!!!

On the surface, the old cliché about "keeping up with the Joneses" seems ludicrous. Who would be insecure enough to want what someone else has, or try to keep pace with someone else's lifestyle? Well, me for one. Maybe you, too.
Sadly, as retro and pathetic as keeping up with those mythical Joneses may seem, more people get themselves into financial hot water by coveting their neighbors' flat screen (hello!) or fully loaded Mini Cooper than most of us are willing to admit.
Is it possible to escape that upward spiral of competitive consumerism?
