Within the next two weeks I am going to be releasing my first video on how to recruit online. I had originally done the training on "how to recruit on MySpace", but I'm now revamping the entire training for Yuwie.

Here's a bit of what's to come.

1. Never spam!
It's too bad that this has to take the top spot, but just look at the clubs... tons of spam. Guess what? It doesn't work. Here's why... No one cares about your company. They don't care about your product either. What they do care about is how it will help them solve their problems. You can't possibly know their problems, unless you take the time to know them.

2. Brand yourself as an expert.
The worst thing you can do is set up a profile or username that includes your company/product in it. People don't join because of your company or your product. They join because of YOU. Ever wonder why there are successful AND unsuccessful Network Marketers in every company? It's because some have it, and some don't. If you want to "have it" you need to build your reputation.

3. Build Relationships.
This is the part of Network Marketing that I love the most. I also believe that this is the reason why I've been successful at it. I LIKE PEOPLE! So should you! Forget about trying to recruit them into your business, and start trying to recruit them as a FRIEND. Get people talking about themselves. Find out their kids' names. It is way easier to recruit a friend than a stranger... So focus on making a friend.
