 Make Money or Make excuses
You can't have both. If Your feelings are easily hurt - Please don't read.
How to overcome the negative and keep your goals in line.
My ranting and raving, my poor spelling and grammer  the things I will write in the next few days has one purpose. I am not going to hype or promote any one thing. I am not going to try to make you see things my way. What I want is to find those who like me want more and just need to know there are other like them. Those who disagree with me have that right, Those who will be confused and can not see anything, will go on like they always have. They are the "pipe dreamers" All that weeded out I hope there are a small number who will start to think.
I have for going on 20  years been in charge of MY finances. I owned several brick n mortar businesses and for the last 13 years been online. I started out on the Adult side since in the early days that is all there was to make money online with a few exceptions. I started with 1 website that at it's peak was bringing in 3-5 million visitors a month back when friend finder was paying .18 a click I was sending them 20,000 plus a month till the dot com crash. but enough of me.
In all that time what drove me on was the need not to work for someone else, to have me and mine depend on their moods. To put my effort into my  dreams and not my boss and his family so they could go on vacations I wanted for my family.
I even did quite well in network marketing for 5 years.
What did I learn in all that time about business ?  For simplicity lets skip conventional business, brick n mortar and jump right into what I think all of Us are after. What I call "Daydreamers" businesses. MLM, stuff envelopes, sell fuller brushes, chain letters and all the stuff that sounds easy and to good to be true. You know what ? I found they ALL work if YOU work them !! People say they are just "Pyramids" That is true, EVERYTHING is a pyramid. Your job is a pyramid. The difference between a good and a bad pyramid ? Value flow, plain and simple. Your job, the value flows up and just trickles back down. that is why You Will NEVER make what Your boss does as long as you work for him. In a good pyramid value flows where the most action is. You can  pass the person above you and keep on going. Your efforts dictate your rewards. That is positive value flow. You earn according to your effort !!  BUT remember the majority are part of the herd. What You need to look for are a small number, those who like you have the same goals. We don't want beveryone to get rich , just us. Someonem has to mow our lawns. It has been said  " IT IS BETTER TO HAVE 10% EFFORT OF 100 PEOPLE THAN 100% OF YOUR OWN EFFORT. That's networking at it's basic. That's time diversification.  We all have 24 hours in a day the only way to increase that is to network.
Ok so now lets talk about the basics to make that work.
First You HAVE to have a dream, a goal and a vehicle to take you to that goal. The dream sounds corny BUT is very important. "To make money" is not enough of a dream to carry you through because to much can and WILL happen to try and steal your dream. once you have a dream than comes the goal..You have to decide what YOU are willing to do, NOT anyone else in order to reach your dreams. Remember it all on YOU, no one else really cares about your dreams, they either have their own or are already brain dead and deep in their rut. The dream is the long term Goal. But you have to reward yourself in the mean time. Dreams are long term and the hardest to find. They keep You going because as you reach goal after goal you still need that carrot to keep you going. remember Dreas change as You go along, they grow everytime you reach a goal. So dream big  and never let anyone steal Your dream. Many will try. They will ridicule what you are doing because they do NOT want you to succeed. Your success points out their lack of a dream, their failures. That is why My first point is..... It's all about YOU. As long as You keep the dream alive, it's not over, you didn't fail.
FIRST TIP: dealing with dream stealers and negative people. Remember one thing.  " NO one person will determine Your success"  I used to spend way to much time on every single contact, offering to give them money to start out, do it for them, give them contacts. I spent more time on their business than mine.Had I put all that effort in My business it would not have gone away when THEY left. The 5 people I put in their group could have been and would still be mine. IT"S YOUR BUSINESS, no one elses. Do not let their lack of motivation kill yours. Make it your business. One word to remember in this business..... NEXT. I present the chance, than follow up with more details and a dream building session after that it's up to them. I already said NEXT and am moviong on.
Put it this way. IF 1 in 100 people You contact is a Yes what is your job ???  To get those 99 out of the way and be excited knowing in 99 people you will get a good one. Remember YOUR dreams and believe in what You are doing, keep the excitment alive... NEXT.
MLM, envelope stuffers, survey takers all that stuff is made to sound to easy and many fall casualty to the hype. The thing is They are ALL as easy as they sound, what makes them hard are the  negative people who doubt themselves not the system. Think about it if everyone you contacted said yes, We would all be millionaires. SO you need those brain dead members of the herd. You have to have them to gauge your success. Not everyone can or will be successful. there is a reason 3% of the people own 90% of the assets. It's how they spent their time.
OK, I blabbed on and on....... but thats what happens when You are excited and believe in something.
Lesson : looking for those who can see your vehicle as their vehicle to their dreams. The rest are like a ballon with a hole, You will spend way to much time constantly blowing them back up. It will be hard enough to keep yourself inflated.

Tomorrow : Keeping it real -  it's not a business to anyone if you don't take it serious enough to invest in your dreams.
