Anyway if you want to hide your age information from your profile page,
pls follow below guidance:
Go to "ACCOUNT SETTINGS" and click on "PRIVACY SETTINGS", under "Show your age?" choose "NO"

In the same place, you also able to adjust another settings, such as Show Location, Show Online Status, etc.
But please make sure one thing: Set "Everyone" on "Who can view your profile" setting. Remember: You
get paid if someone view your profile, blog, picture, etc. If you block
them, no high pageviews can be generated, it means no Dollar to earn.
