It is not!  The CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES INDUSTRY has never excersized a single unit of concern for The CHILDREN OF THE EDGE....   They truly DO NOT CARE!

Could ANYONE truly NOT CARE about The Children of the EDGE???  Just LOOK AT THEM!  They simply want to be like ALL THE OTHER KIDS!    That's ALL!!!
