Did you know that in order to create true passive residual income that you must create a passive environment? If you didn't then you better start doing some research.

See, there's a difference between being wealthy and having a walk-away passive-income. Walk-away income means you can literally "walk away" and stop working and continue to receive passive income. There are some people in this country who are corporate execs who earn in excess of $200K annually but are in massive debt and are working 70 to 90 hours a week. That is NOT the lifestyle that I want!

To create true passive income you must create a situation where everyone has the same amount to gain. Owning a traditional business will not accomplish this - because no one will ever work as hard for your business as you do - since they don't own it. Investing money in the stock market will not give you this - because you can't control the ups and downs of the market.

Network Marketing is the only vehicle (in my personal opinion) that provides you with a chance at creating true passive income. Think about it, every person who joins has the same opportunity to produce as much as they want. Network Marketing is the only industry where people can actually earn MORE than those who are above them in the leadership levels. The most productive people make the most money. I call that fair!

You'll never see the checkers at Safeway earning more than the CEO of Safeway - yet they work MANY more hours than the CEO. In the corporate structure the only person who has financial leverage is the owner. That is not financial security.

Empower other people and you'll have true walk away income. Effort I produced 3 years ago is still earning me income today. That is an amazing concept. Network Marketing is perfect for this because it requires you to empower people - to put their success in front of yours.
