| 5 minute Chocolate Cake! No, Really! |

My husband was browsing the internet yesterday when he came across this page:
"Chocolate Cake in 5 Minutes!"
The first thing I said was, "Whoa, that's bad for a diet." I don't bake, although I know how, mainly because I loved baked goods a little too much. It's easy to not bake, however, simply because there's a mess afterwards.
But now, THIS?! 5 minutes, no real mess except a fork and cup?!
What's more, you wait for it as long as you would wait in line behind that lady who always writes check for five items and then realizes that she doesn't have a pen, and then forgets what store she's in, and then realizes after all, she doesn't have enough money in her account but lo and behold, she has enough pennies to make up the $11.53 that her groceries cost...
I gave in to temptation. Fortunately, I have five kids to share with.
