Sounds like to me the only problem Art Bell has is with the space between his ears!!
Reply | 9/22/2007 6:03:29 AM
Some of his statement isn't true...I have never seen a filipino who says "I wish I'm japanese/chinese"...

I'm proud to be filipino... I think he's wrong...he needs more info about filipino..

Eloisa, As a Caucasian I apologize for the huge amount of racist remarks made by Art Bell. Rest assured that I do not feel that way. I have moved to one of the so-called third world countries (Nicaragua) from the USA. Art Bell must have had his brain zapped by one too many of the weird characters he has had on his show. The important thing is that you and your fellow Filipino brothers and sisters know who you are and what you are and just because a guy living out in the desert with the means to broadcast throughout the world thinks this way does not make it so, nor does he have that much influence on other people's way of thinking. Only the weak minded would follow such a person that is spewing out hatred for another race.

Eloisa,
The guy is a bigot as far ar I am concerned. Bigots are someone who is unhappy with their own lives and they don't have no self respect for themselves at all. As afr as I am concerned Art Bell don't have no brains at all. I know that most of the americans don't think like that. I had a uncle who was in the Phillippines during the outbreak of World War 2. I can remember telling me that he had the highest respect for the Fillippinoes. I known some in this country and they were the most decent people I ever met. Most people won't listen to someone like that in this country. Alot of them will change the station if they hear some talking like that. As far as I am concerned he is out of his mind. Take care!

Sincerely,
George

Please know that he does NOT represent all Americans or even all Caucasians with his bigoted, ignorant remarks.
