Ok, word's been getting out and now its coming to you! There is a online radio station called YRadio! YRadio has become famous for its informative DJs, good tunes, and keepin' it real attitude! Here is the link to YRadio:

You will have to log into NOWLIVE (top right corner) to be able to type in the chat box or call in. It's 100% free and takes no more than 5 minutes. For a list of show times, refer to the following blog with a calendar:

There is usually a show every Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday of the week 7pm PST / 10pm EST.

2/27/08 - Unfortunately Nowlive changed their Edit Profile setup and Gizmo will no longer be able to be set up for new members. To call in you will have to use GoogleTalk. I will get directions to you all as soon as I can.
