Yes, bux.to pays, they just take a long time to pay out... I haven't requested payout yet but know several people personally who have been paid (some more than once). They average 30 - 60 days to get the payment.

Interesting....Check out my blog on 'Page Views vs. Referrals, Dollars or Cents,' a dollar a day doesn't add up to much for just clicking around....isn't our time worth more? If any one really wants to generate an income, you need to work on referrals for Yuwie....anyway, that's my 2 cents on the matter....Don
