Search Engine Optimization and internet traffic gurus will
often tell you that, when taking upon submitting a bunch of
articles, it's not a good idea to submit all of them at once.
This has several reasons. On one hand, if you submit, say, 5
articles at once through automated submission software, all
the links from their resource boxes will be pointing to you
at the same time.

Most search engine crawler bots deem this as "suspicious
activity", or spam and they may delay the link calculation
process, decrease your search engine rank or even take your
site off the engine!

Search engines prefer an "organic" linking system, where
links come in pointing at your site naturally, instead of
all at once. For a webmaster, it's often difficult to manage
article submission this way, sending one article every 4-5
days, in order to get an organic linking from the E-zines
a nd article directories. Articles you planned on submitting
later get deleted, you forget where you put them, they get
outdated and so forth.
