A funny to while the headaches away....

This is something I wrote a long time ago, when I had a pounding headache I couldn't get rid of. Believe it or not, when I finished it and had a good laugh, my headache had gone! I hope you enjoy it, as much as I enjoyed writing it, and the therapeutic effect it had! LOL Y'all have a great one!

Ode to a headache

My head pounds fit to burst,
Light explodes behind my eyes.
My heart pounds in my ears,
My teeth are clenched in pain.
Go away headache, not today.
For poetry I must read,
At Yuwie.com I have a quest,
To be all that I can be...

Terry	I have my share of headaches, usually migraines and I sometimes tell them to go away I don't have time. Unfortunately they don't listen too well, but I like your poem. God Bless You.

~VIXEN~	Cute poem. :) I get migraines, they don't mind irritating my head, and they dont listen to a word I say, LOL. Usually, I have this great desire to have an elephant step on my head hoping it will push it back instead of the exploding pain, LOLOL. Glad your poem helped to chase away your headache. :)
