Just when you think everything is ok.  Murphy's law comes around and bites you.  I had scheduled some time off of work, made hotel reservations, and was all ready to go on Sunday morning when....

6PM Saturday night my boss calls-- hey I can't send mail from my email at home to work.  After looking into it for a bit, it seems my new server installation 2 weeks ago wasn't sending DNS to the ISP.  It's about 11:30 PM now and I think I've got it resolved, but can't tell for sure until some time has gone by for name servers to uplink and downlink to each other.

If I don't make another post tomorrow then I guess things turned out ok, otherwise, Murphy got the best of me.
