My Recommended Reading List for Health & Fitness

Hi Everyone,

Here is my list of recommended reading for fat loss and total fitness. All of these books have very good principles and are very effective and popular. These books also help you understand the "why and how" of fitness and fat loss. If you follow any of the info in any of these books, you will make massive progress. My principles of training and nutrition are very similar to the info found in these manuals. So if you are interested in learning more, check out these great books.
