proven ways to ease chronic pain and tolerate pain flareups as well as information on marketing, advertising and home business opportunities. shop online at any of our websites saving money and time with an unbelievable selection of items.
Facebook is a nice Social Media source that allows people to post information about themselves and the things they are doing in their lives. Sometimes its about sports or hobbies and other times its about business. Either way, what you post is your perogative as long as FB has said it’s within their rules of editing.
But Some People Just Don’t Get It
Whether you are online just to be online or you’re online to promote a product or sell products or services or ideas and information doesn’t matter. What matters is that you are within your right to do so and by doing so that doesn’t make you the devil’s handiman. It makes you a person who is doing what is within your right to do because, truth be told, nobody has to look at the stuff you post anyway.
But Some People Just Don’t Get it
Take me for instance. I suffer with chronic pains and over the course of time I have used the internet to search for different ways to ease the pains and to help tolerate the flareups. I ran into a lot of sites that had good information but a lot of them, as is their right, required you to become a member and or to pay for the information you wanted. So I decided that I would share MY experiences and the information that I found with anybody who wanted to read it. I can’t make anybody visit my site. If I figure that one out, watch out guru’s I’d be coming out with the next best thing. But i digress. I also sell products and other stuff on my site. Again, nobody has to buy anything to get the information that I WRITE FROM MY OWN EXPERIENCES AND RESEARCH. I share the various ways that I use to ease my pains and the different products that I have used to help tolerate my chronic pains too. That information is FREE for anybody to read and use but YES I do sell some other stuff on my website. Which is within my right to do and is not a call for the minions of sa’tan to come carry me away.
But Some People Just Don’t Get It
Anyway, I said all of that to say to the other sa’tan worshippers, hee hee hee, that having a site online and selling stuf from your site is WRONG. That’s right, it’s wrong. Shame on you for wanting to sell stuff and make some money. Shame on you for making people come to your site and shell out there hard earned cash. Shame on you for going into their homes and turning on their computers and logging them onto your site and taking their credit card out of their wallets and purses and making them buy something from your site. Shame on…..wait a minute….You don’t do any of that. NO, people buy stuff of their own free will. Oh, you may think your advertising is so slick that it compells people to visit your site but let me say this, if your advertising was so darn good, why doesn’t everybody on the internet visit your site? Ain’t that good afterall is it? So it’s not your fault that people visit your site. It’s not wrong that you sell stuf on your site. It’s not wrong that you’re online to make some money. You’re not wrong for sharing information with people online. You can’t make somebody go to your website. You can’t make somebody buy anything from you. Next thing you know, people will be blaming fastfood restaurants for making people fat…..
A beautiful piece of music can inspire our spirits and soothe our pain like no other sound. It can also help us get in touch with the absolute joy of living, even if we live with severe pain. Put on your favorite piece of music - instrumental or vocal - sit back, and close your eyes. Let the music carry you away from your immediate pain to a place of calm.
The benefits of a daily exercise regimen can't be overlooked in our battle against most of the chronic pains that we endure. Keeping our body in shape and giving the cells the proper of food and energy helps our bodies as they fight back against the pain that ravages us. I know that when you are hurting the last thing you want to do is move around but if you can fight thru it and at least make a minimal effort everyday to exercise, you will see the benefits. Don't get carried away with your exercises now. Be sure to see YOUR doctor before you begin any exercise or diet regimen and always follow their advice. In the beginning the best step is a little step and then build from there. What Causes Fibromyalgia? While the cause (or causes) of fibromyalgia is still unknown, research suggests that the following factors may play a role: Traumatic physical or psychological events, such as an automobile accident or neck injury. A viral or bacterial infection or an autoimmune disease such as lupus or rheumatoid arthritis. Abnormalities in brain chemicals such as serotonin, a neurotransmitter (a substance that carries messages between nerve cells) that plays a role in regulating mood.
Can Lifestyle Changes Help Manage Fibromyalgia? Lifestyle modifications may help improve fibromyalgia symptoms. They include: Exercise – Low-impact aerobics, stretching, and other physical activity. Yoga – stretching, breathing, and relaxing yogic techniques. Stress management – Relaxation/meditation practices, guided imagery, and cognitive-behavioral approaches can help develop new methods for coping with symptoms.
Diet/Nutrition - It has been suggested that a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and omega-3 essential fatty acids may help strengthen the body's natural ability to heal. However, no specific diet has yet been proven to improve fibromyalgia symptoms

Have you been in a funk, not understanding the reason for your bad moods and lack of energy? Are you isolating yourself from others because you never know how you will feel from moment to moment? Have you noticed that friends and family members have backed away from spending time with you? Is living from day-to-day becoming more and more of a burden, with no light in sight? If you have answered yes to any of these questions, you may be experiencing a medical illness known as depression.
As I was saying, being in chronic pain has changed my life. Not only has it disabled me, it disabled my wife as well. Not, physically but emotionally. She became of "victim" temporarily. I say temporarily because seeing the way my pain was affecting her lead me to seek out ways to return to some sort of normalacy of life. I wish I could tell you I have found the "magic well" and chronic pain is gone forever but you already know that isn't so. What I did find was that taking all of the medicines and going thru the physical therapy recommendations didn't take away the pain. Sure, you can take the meds and passout for a couple of hours, wake up, repeat meds and passout again but what kind of life is that?
Taking the meds at the dosages needed to bring the pain to a level that allowed me to walk also left me drowsy and un-alert; I was a danger. I didn't dare drive and walking wasn't a guarantee either. Or I could skip the meds and not be able to move because the pain prevented any kind of movement whatsoever. Not a jostle, not a sneeze, no movement. While I was laying around I started to do some research. I would go deep into the search engine results on medical journal articles. I read books, magazines, personal stories, research papers, etc trying to discover if I had a CHANCE of being healed. After seeing the umpteenth specialist and being told for the I don't care to remember how many times, I accepted temporarily that my chronic pain was permanent.
The pain maybe permanent but I refuse to let it stop everything in my life anymore. That's my drive now. That's the first step in overcoming the depression associated with chronic pain and taking your life back. Until you can actually and truthfully say to yourself that YOU REFUSE TO LET CHRONIC PAIN STOP EVERYTHING IN YOUR LIFE, there is nothing that I will tell you and direct you to that will even begin to help you tolerate your chronic pain. The depression will come and go but it won't be as smothering as it once was after a few months. This isn't a quick trip. I've been suffering since 1996 and became completely debilitated a couple of times along the way culminating in 2000.
So, first step to begin tolerating chronic pain is to truthfully refuse to allow chronic pain stop everything in your life. Your mind has to be right with your heart and desire to begin to tolerate chronic pain. Your family has to accept that you are really in pain but that you are no longer going to allow chronic pain to stop everything. Your spouse. Your children. Everybody who you love and who loves you has to acknowledge and accept your resolution to refuse to allow chronic pain to stop everything in your life. Once you have that power of that network behind you come on back and read some more. That's where I will share with you additional methods to mentally begin tolerating chronic pain and tools and products to help you physically begin tolerating chronic pain better in as little as 24 hours after you implement them.
I've included some text links to sites and information that should be useful to you.
I will be involved in an experimental test to see if I can reduce the level of pain that I live with everyday. I will be posting the results to anybody who leaves a comment on my blog and has interest in the results, what we did and how it works, good, bad or indifferent. I will be starting the test approximately February 18 and it will run for 2 to 3 weeks depending on initial results.
Leave a comment and I will include you in on the results.
That's right. If you're reading this and you're a chronic pain sufferer you willl be delighted to know that I keep kicking down the online doors looking for ways to make money while I"m flat on my back. That in itself may not delight you as much as the news that I've found a website and program that actually is making me money. That's right. A online program that is actually making instead of just costing money.
It's hard enough dealing with the pain flareup this week but when I logged on to my computer and saw the information I was really taken aback. (pardon the pun) The program had launched the website and the visitors had started to come and the website started making money. Pretty much that simple. I'm surprised. Shocked more like it.
Here, try this link: http://www.profitmart.com/affiliate/idevaffiliate.php?id=3689 and take a look at the program. As usual I emplore each of you to use your years of experience and decide if this is right for you. The "cookie cutter" theory isn't fair because each of us is an individual with our own brilliant minds, ideas, needs and goals. I look for programs that allow for individuality and this one does that too in my book. I believe that anybody with mental tenacity and a sense of urgency could do well with this program.
Most people who are in chronic pain definitely have plenty of both as our lives are impacted every second of everyday with decisions that affect literally our next breath. Being in pain is a job all unto itself and like no other. It definitely doesn't pay well at all. Okay, it didn't pay well until now if you make this work for you http://www.profitmart.com/affiliate/idevaffiliate.php?id=3689
I can only show you the door, I can't make you walk thru it. What's that old adage, you can lead a water to the horse...no, that's not it. You can horse a leader to the water....no, that's not right either. Anyway, you know what I'm trying to say. So, for those of us who are in pain here is that link again: http://www.profitmart.com/affiliate/idevaffiliate.php?id=3689
And for those of you who aren't in pain but just like to be in the know: http://www.profitmart.com/affiliate/idevaffiliate.php?id=3689 that's my way of saying thanks for reading this guy's blog. I do appreciate it because you could be visiting that link making money while you are here reading my blog. Feel free to send me a message. I'd love to hear from you and I want to know how you are doing online as well.
I believe that my websites will be a huge benefit to everyone and anyone who chosses to visit. Below is a sample of some of the things you will find on my sites. Enjoy and look for more BLOGGING from me now that I know how to do it. LOL
My sitehttp://www.vinicent-d-holland.4t.com deals with tips, products, articles and methods to tolerate the pain of fibromyalgia, sciatica, arthritis, lumbar, cervical and chronic back pains at a minimum. I do include a few other pains like stomach and headache as complimentary since I have to tolerate them as well.
Chronic Pains affect so many people and having a place to go to get information and leave messages has always been something I wanted. As a chronic pain sufferer, I can relate to many other pain sufferers and I attempt to make that come across thru my site with the information I have gathered and the products that I have provided access to.
I also managed to include a few of the online marketing/sales programs that I have tried out as well to make money from home. Being disabled, I have to find ways to make money at home because I can't participate in the normal work process. I don't have a clear cut path of hours to give to a business. The pain flareups often take me off line for days unexpectedly. Getting through a day is an adventure in itself. Medication, ice, heat, stretch, lay down, sit up, recline. It's a continuous series of adjustments as I work to tolerate the pain and make it thru the day.
Fibromyalgia isn't one of the chronic pains that I deal with but I do know a few folks who do. My pain is related to the neck and back with extentions to the legs, feet, arms and hands. Whatever kind of pains you are dealing with, you will find something you can use on my website. I have links to some of the best articles, methods and practices for tolerating and living with pain that are available online. It's rewarding to get a message from somebody who has used my site telling me that they got a couple of tips they started to use right away and noticed a better tolerance for their own pain.
That's what it's all about. Getting chronic pain sufferers to a point of having a better lifestyle with chronic pain tolerances increased one person at a time until we all can say that we are tolerating our chronic pains better. Wish I could find a cure but at least I can offer some additional comfort parameters.
Just using every avenue, method and idea available to help tolerate the pains better.
Checkout the Foto Galleria too as you will find some really great visual distractions. Again, no stone will be left unturned when it comes to ways to tolerate chronic pains better. Here is a small sample:
Okay so how many people are forgetting to come by and sign into their YUWIE page and not even stressing the least little bit about it? Been disappointed in the amount of earnings you have received versus the amount of networking you have been doing? Just about joined every YUWIE club you could and created about as many as you feel like creating and still not gotten into the golden realm of money, money, money? OR IS IT JUST ME?
Who else has gone on to other sites and put up their YUWIE referral links and Blogged about their YUWIE page and maybe even paid for some traffic to their YUWIE page and still not gotten a big bang out of their efforts? About the only banging sound you hear these days on YUWIE is the sound of fists pounding the keyboard after everybody reviews their monthly earnings statement on YUWIE. Oh, there's the occassional sound of a head slamming the desk in frustration and disbelief too. Then you get that, well maybe I'm not doing something because somebody has to be making all of this money that YUWIE said was out there to be made and if I'm not making it who is? So you check all of your umpteen hundred friends that you so deftly made and go to religiously and rate and visit and check on and email and ask each of them and none of them is making any money to speak of so you wonder, well, where is the money? I see more and more popup ads so some ad revenue has to be coming to YUWIE, right? And you scratch your head, reach over and turn off your PC for night and think, hmm, maybe there is money but I"m not in the right club to get it so I'll log on tomorrow and see if there are any updates or maybe I wont' log onto this frickin site again for awhile and see if doing nothing pays better then chasing my tail. OR IS IT MUST ME....
So, here I sit and read the screen and again it's the same as last time. My referrals are what they are and my ad programs are all over the Social Bookmarking sites and yet and still my YUWIE just doesn't seem to want to DO ME right. So let this be a lesson to me that I won't really waste another night if this YUWIE aint gonna do me right. I work and work and paste and read chasing after every little lead. Then I come back and login only to see to my chagrin that I made little progress nor did my friends on YUWIE. I shake my head and sit and think, I'm starting to think something here stinks and I might just be on the brink of logging off this Social site for the last time not just for the night.
Search Engine Optimization and internet traffic gurus will often tell you that, when taking upon submitting a bunch of articles, it's not a good idea to submit all of them at once. This has several reasons. On one hand, if you submit, say, 5 articles at once through automated submission software, all the links from their resource boxes will be pointing to you at the same time.
Most search engine crawler bots deem this as "suspicious activity", or spam and they may delay the link calculation process, decrease your search engine rank or even take your site off the engine!
Search engines prefer an "organic" linking system, where links come in pointing at your site naturally, instead of all at once. For a webmaster, it's often difficult to manage article submission this way, sending one article every 4-5 days, in order to get an organic linking from the E-zines a nd article directories. Articles you planned on submitting later get deleted, you forget where you put them, they get outdated and so forth.
Sometimes you have to bite the bullet and you submission services. We will talk about those in a later tips session.
Those are a few of the companies/websites that are under the VinHol Global Enterprises LLC umbrella and here are some of my thoughts on marketing in the online world I work in today:
Marketing a brand in development has posed a lot of challenges for me. Creating the LLC with the vision of it being the “umbrella” and then securing products, information and services to fill in under the umbrella was fairly easy for me as I know what niche I am looking to fill a place in. The hard part comes when it is time to market my idea. I have found that even in the online world, doing offline marketing is necessary to produce the attention and visits to your online creations. I’m busy utilizing as many ways financially feasible, to market my companies. Financially feasible being the optimum word here. I think that I have hit the wall that many new companies on or offline run into; finances.
When there are limited finances, I think being able to dig further into the list of ways to market becomes a skill that has to be acquired and then mastered quickly. As with any mastery though, that takes time and in today’s online world, time isn’t always on the side of the developer. Filling a niche or rather capturing a niche before it becomes saturated requires being one of the first movers just as being a first mover on a new launch will give you the best Return On Investment. If you’re not in the first mover group when capturing a niche then you need a significantly different yet relevant product or products to introduce to that niche to even be noticed. The other obstacle with a niche that is established before you get there is the entrenched companies, the ones who broke ground in niche, so to speak. They have garnered the respect of potential customers and many have a loyal following which allows them to reduce some of their marketing expenditures but forces you to increase your spending to gain the attention of customers whose focus is on the longtime companies.
That doesn’t mean breaking into an established niche isn’t possible. I have found that putting a new spin on solid, reputable established ideas helps garner a measure of respect for the new company on the block. Then I work to capitilize on that momentary respect by offering information that customers can use. I offer enough information to start building brand respect and recognition but not so much that it doesn’t leave anything for me to market and sell. Using free information as a means to market products and services available has proven to get good results in online business ventures. I believe that many online customers have come to expect that you will have something they can use and get from you at not cost to them. The online customer is also a savy one and they know that there is no free lunch so for every free slice of information you give them, they will be expecting you to sooner or later, move your product, information or service that you have for sale, into their view. The key with free stuff marketing is being able to give them enough free stuff, to make enough deposits if you will, into their emotional bank accounts so that they come to trust, like and feel as though they know you. If you can achieve that, then you have a chance of gaining a new customer and a piece of an established niche.
Another discovery I have made is that being able to market yourself as a one stop for everything online portal doesn’t really go over that well and in fact can turn potential customers away. I hold firmly to the belief that because online shopping has become so easy and consumers are sharper than ever, the ability to use a search engine and find others who have the same products or similiar products as you, has created a need for customers to shop around before they settle on which company they will buy from. So even if you do sell everything, they are going to want to go to other sites and see what they are doing to market the product being searched for and to compare pricing. They may still buy an item or two from you but rarely does a one stop shop get the total shopping list of items from a customer. So trying to sell everything only creates more of a financial drain when marketing your company and products you sell. If you can find a selection of items that all fall within the niche you are marketing to, you will have a greater chance of success and be able to reduce your marketing costs.
Some of the ways I market my companies are from the traditional school. I use flyers posted in local business that might have consumers who would have an interest in my products, services and information. I also contact local groups and offer to information days for free. Then you have flyers in your neighborhood as well as using your vehicle to market with nice signage on one of more of the vehicles windows. Of course, word of mouth and the business card handshake are still on the marketing tool table as far as offline methods of marketing go. Online, I use blogs, articles, directory submissions, link exchanges, webrings and most of the social media sites like MySpace, FaceBook, LinkedIN, Squidoo, Delicious, Digg, StumbleOn, High5, Zion. Then there are the sites that encourage you to build a downline and attack the internet for opportunities as a group instead of individually. Traffic exchanges are a dime a dozen and serve as a fair way to market your company. I say fair because Traffic Exchanges are basically another persons way of building their list. Everybody touts the power of having a list when it comes to making money on the internet. I have to say that parts of me beg to differ but I’m still relatively new, well, less than 4 years online, in this online industry so I am withholding all of my judgement for now.
As you can see, there are many ways to market and these are just some of the ones that I use. Anybody have any others? I am open to new methods and look forward to seeing them so that I can try them out to help grow my business.
