content="text/html; charset=utf-8" ="Content-Type"> content="Word.Document" name="ProgId"> content="Microsoft Word 12" name="Generator"> content="Microsoft Word 12" name="Originator"> type="text/css">

COLUMBUS, OHIO..........April 20, 2008..........Spotlight Records and Todd Berry are announcing the release of the first Todd Berry extended play (4 song) CD titled Better Days to Cry.  Country music at its best!!!  Better Days to Cry, Mobile Home, Politically Incorrect Redneck and Every Thing a Man Needs to Say as performed by country newcomer Todd Berry.  Great vocals and equally great lyrics equal great country songs that make up Todd’s first EP.

A solid country sound performed in Nashville along with vocals recorded at Studio D in Summitville, Indiana created a enticing country EP capable of leaving old country fans shaking, and new country fans with their jaws on the floor, housewives quivering, and urban-kids feeling hip for a second or two, Better Days to Cry is as pure and emotional as it gets.

With thick layers of instrumentation fronted by Berry’s trademark fresh, in-your-face voice and a tender ear for sophisticated country poignancy, Berry’s is able to combine the smarts of Keith Urban with the boldness of Rascal Flats, all while crafting a tightly produced, hook-laden country EP appealing to indie, folk, and pop fans alike.

Todd Berry was born and raised in Muncie Indiana. Todd born legally blind but not once has it held him back from the first and the last thing on his mind ---music. Todd has been singing since the age of nine, now thirty one (31) has successfully made a living doing what he loves ----- singing and performing.

Best Story Ever....Must read

Best Story ever!! Must Read.

As she stood in front of her 5th grade class on the very first day of school, she told the children an untruth. Like most teachers, she looked at her students and said that she loved them all the same.

However, that was impossible, because there in the front row, slumped in his seat, was a little boy named Teddy Stoddard

Mrs. Thompson had watched Teddy the year before and noticed that he did not play well with the other children, that his clothes were messy and that he constantly needed a bath. In addition, Teddy could be unpleasant. It got to the point where Mrs. Thompson would actually take delight in marking his papers with a broad red pen, making bold X's and then putting a big 'F' at the top of his papers.

At the school where Mrs. Thompson taught, she was required to review each child's past records and she put Teddy's off until last. However, when she reviewed his file, she was in for a surprise.

Teddy's first grade teacher wrote, 'Teddy is a bright child with a ready laugh. He does his work neatly and has good manners... He is a joy to be around..'

His second grade teacher wrote, 'Teddy is an excellent student, well liked by his classmates, but he is troubled because his mother has a terminal illness and life at home must be a struggle.

His third grade teacher wrote, 'His mother's death has been hard on him. He tries to do his best, but his father doesn't show much interest, and his home life will soon affect him if some steps aren't taken.

Teddy's fourth grade teacher wrote, 'Teddy is withdrawn and doesn't show much interest in school. He doesn't have many friends and he sometimes sleeps in class.

By now, Mrs. Thompson realized the problem and she was ashamed of herself. She felt even worse when her students brought her Christmas presents, wrapped in beautiful ribbons and bright paper, except for Teddy's. His present was clumsily wrapped in the heavy, brown paper that he got from a grocery bag. Mrs. Thompson took pains to open it in the middle of the other presents. Some of the children started to laugh when she found a rhinestone bracelet with some of the stones missing, and a bottle that was one-quarter full of perfume. But she stifled the children's laughter when she exclaimed how pretty the bracelet was, putting it on, and dabbing some of the perfume on her wrist. Teddy Stoddard stayed after school that day just long enough to say, 'Mrs. Thompson, today you smelled just like my Mom used to.

After the children left, she cried for at least an hour. On that very day, she quit teaching reading, writing and arithmetic. Instead, she began to teach children. Mrs. Thompson paid particular attention to Teddy. As she worked with him, his mind seemed to come alive. The more she encouraged him, the faster he responded. By the end of the year, Teddy had become one of the smartest children in the class and, despite her lie that she would love all the children the same, Teddy became one of her 'teacher's pets..'

A year later, she found a note under her door, from Teddy, telling her that she was the best teacher he ever had in his whole life.

Six years went by before she got another note from Teddy. He then wrote that he had finished high school, third in his class, and she was still the best teacher he ever had in life.

Four years after that, she got another letter, saying that while things had been tough at times, he'd stayed in school, had stuck with it, and would soon graduate from college with the highest of honours. He assured Mrs. Thompson that she was still the best and favourite teacher he had ever had in his whole life.

Then four more years passed and yet another letter came. This time he explained that after he got his bachelor's degree, he decided to go a little further. The letter explained that she was still the best and favourite teacher he ever had. But now his name was a little longer.... The letter was signed, Theodore F. Stoddard, MD.

The story does not end there. You see, there was yet another letter that spring. Teddy said he had met this girl and was going to be married. He explained that his father had died a couple of years ago and he was wondering if Mrs. Thompson might agree to sit at the wedding in the place that was usually reserved for the mother of the groom. Of course, Mrs. Thompson did. And guess what? She wore that bracelet, the one with several rhinestones missing. Moreover, she made sure she was wearing the perfume that Teddy remembered his mother wearing on their last Christmas together.

They hugged each other, and Dr. Stoddard whispered in Mrs. Thompson's ear, 'Thank you Mrs. Thompson for believing in me. Thank you so much for making me feel important and showing me that I could make a difference.

Mrs. Thompson, with tears in her eyes, whispered back. She said, 'Teddy, you have it all wrong. You were the one who taught me that I could make a difference. I didn't know how to teach until I met you.

(For you that don't know, Teddy Stoddard is the Dr. at Iowa Methodist in Des Moines that has the Stoddard Cancer Wing.)

Warm someone's heart today. . . pass this along. I love this story so very much, I cry every time I read it. Just try to make a difference in someone's life today? tomorrow? just 'do it'.

Access Talent signs Brandi Lynn Howard

She’s Back and Access Talent Has Her

Columbus, Ohio ………March 15, 2008   Access Talent of Galloway, Ohio has signed Brandi Lynn Howard to a booking agreement.  Jim Bruce and George Kidder owners of Access Talent, is announcing this achievement for the second time.  Originally Access Talent signed Brandi to a contract when she was only 10 years old and that was 13 years ago.  Now 23, Brandi has decided after 5 years of performing locally on her own,  she is now ready to take her career to the next level.  We last worked with Brandi in 2003 and she was one of the premier performers in the Midwest.  Brandi’s grandmother, Donna Sagraves was the driving force behind Brandi’s career when her grandmother died of cancer in 2002.  At the age of 17 Brandi decided that she needed a break from her music career and other than an occasional local performance she tried to work a normal job and pursued other careers.  We remained close and Brandi suggested she might like to perform again.  She suggested I help her get a band together and “lets give it try”.

Brandi is a singer/songwriter that loves to perform before large and small crowds.  She has performed at hundreds of fairs and festivals, clubs, conventions, private parties, veteran groups, picnics, reunions and benefits.   By the age of 12 Brandi had won numerous talent contests including Loretta Lynn’s Talent Contest held at her ranch in Hurricane Mills, Tennessee.  In Las Vegas, Nevada she won the coveted CMAA’s National Awards of Vocalist and Rising Star Female Entertainer of the Year.   At the age of 15 the Ohio Country and Western Music Association awarded Brandi Ohio’s Entertainer and Best Female Vocalist of the Year.   Brandi has had the privilege of performing on numerous television shows and in 2003 Brandi’s musical talents were featured on NHK-TV in Japan and telecast worldwide.

When Brandi was a very young lady her Grandfather took her to a live concert.  He noticed that Brandi was shaking and crying while watching the show.  He asked her “Why are you crying?”  She said “This is what I want to do, Grandpa.  I want to be an entertainer.”

Access Talent believes that modern technology combined with a business attitude is vital and an essential part of any entertainers’ presentation today.  It is also necessary for any new or indie artist to understand that a major label contract is not absolute for you to make a profit, survive and/or succeed as an entertainer today.  It has been proven that many indie artists without a major contract have had a very successful career as an entertainer. Lets not underestimate the power of a major label or what it can do for you.  Access Talent totally endorses that all serious artist should pursue to a higher goal.  Access Talent service will improve your current situation and prepare you for national exposure should you adheres to a major label goal.  Access Talent believes that in today's world the artists should make themselves as visual to the world as possible.  Any artist not using modern tech i.e. videos and computer promotions; will be unable to advance in this competitive world.   Jim Bruce has been in the music business as a consultant,  Indie Record Label owner, Talent Agent and Manager, Music Publisher, and Promoter for 19 years.  For 7 years each Access Talent managed the careers of Debbie Collins and Brandi Lynn Howard.

Mr.Kidder who recently join Access Talent will  manage all aspects of their publicity and marketing programs for the rock group Category IV, Brandi Lynn Howard and all future acts signed by Access Talent including bookings, public relations, marketing and trade shows.  “We are excited to have Mr. Kidder join our team of professionals,” said Jim Bruce.  As at his most recent position as board member and Chairman in charge of Advertising for 11 years with the Earth Angel Foundation a charity foundation that gives Dream Vacations to Ohio Children with life threatening and terminal illnesses. George will bring a rich experience of dealing with people in the entertainment industry that will help our clients get the exposure they need through the establishment of professionally designed and executed promotions.  Mr. Kidder has also worked for 37 years in a variety of positions at the Diamond Power Specialty Company in Circleville, Ohio.

Disappointed with Yuwie?
Vic reported..........
Clicking around on Yuwie and leaving comments on your friends pages are FUN and are great for your UPLINE!
But be SMART about the time spent doing those things.
YOUR earnings on Yuwie are most profitable from YOUR DOWNLINE activity on Yuwie.

For example, in November the RSR was $0.54 (very nice)
I had achieved 13,726 personal page views.
I earned only $0.74 for all those page views.

NOW, during that same month at my level 10 on my referral tree there were 847,797 page views of thier activity (not mine) !

I was paid $137.34 on that line (level 10) alone!
I earned a total of $206.84 just for November!

Just remember to set some time for promoting Yuwie and bringing in NEW Members!

What is YOUR Yuwie time worth?

Check this out:
The income potential of Yuwie:

*RSR: revenue sharing rate & determines how much we get paid.

To get referrals you can start by inviting your friends and family. (You can have more than one account per household but
ONLY ONE account per person). Check your email address book for anyone that you think might be interested in joining Yuwie.
Especially friends or family that are already on sites like Myspace. Tell them that they can be getting paid to do the same thing they
are doing now on those sites. There's and easy to use invite form at the top of your Yuwie page. You'll need their email address.
Remember please DO NOT SPAM, send invites to people you know.

There is a lot of ways to promote Yuwie. In blogs, other web sites, business cards, word of mouth, etc.
Check out the referrals section in your control panel and go to referral tools.
There you will find codes for banners and text links that have your referral link for you to use in your blogs or on your other web sites.

Some people don't care about the money side of Yuwie and are here for fun and friends only....and that's ok. Others are here just to make money
and to tell others how to...and that's ok too. I am here for fun and friends, and if I can make some money in the long run...
with out it costing me a single penny....I am all for it. I'm getting paid to socialize with family and friends. What can be better than that.

Have Fun!
Yuwie Is A Social Site

Have fun with your page. Share your pictures, your music, hobbies, show off your grand kids, whatever you're into, just have fun.
Keep it clean though because Yuwie has a strict policy about that. Bikini's are ok, but no nudity, spread legs on the bed or stuff like that.
You can be as active as much or as little as you want... It is up to you.

Help & Tips for new referrals:
One of the first things you want to do is add a profile picture and a layout. That gives everyone something to comment you on and it also
lets everyone know you are serious about becoming active. They're both easy to do.

To add a profile picture: just go to edit profile and you will see where it says "Change Your Photo" under where the picture goes and you
can upload a picture for your profile.

To Upload Pictures To Share: Go to your control panel and on the left you will see and image of a camera. That is where you go to upload and manage your photos.

To add a layout: go to |LAYOUTS| at the top of your page. When you find one that you like just click use this layout. Now you're all set and
you have a layout...it's that easy. When you get tired of that layout just go back and search for another one. There's hundreds of layouts to choose from on Yuwie.
If you want to see my layouts that I share there's a link in my shout box on my page or you can click here.
If you want click the link and try out one of mine right now to see how it works. It will take just a minute and it is so easy.

IMPORTANT!
Do Not Set Your Profile To Private

*You will be getting a lot of invites from people that you don't know. Accept all friend request.
More friends means more page views and more page views mean money. If you have a problem with someone later you can always delete them.
Most everyone here is working really hard to make this a great community.

*Upgrade grade your pictures and add stuff to your page for more page views. Blogging is a great way to get page views.
Some people write all about Yuwie, some share jokes, recipes, their artwork, their opinions, their business, some rant...lol, just what ever you want to share.
I have a little bit of everything in my blogs.

*Refreshing and reloading a page DOES NOT count as a page view.

*Any page that is within 3 seconds from the last page DOES NOT count. You want to stay at least 3 seconds on a page for it to count as a page view.

Oldbuddy's Yuwie Page
Is a great site to check out for a lot of useful Yuwie information:
Is Yuwie A Scam?
