Aromatherapy and Essential oil class
Bekah's Naturals will be coming to my home to teach on aromatherapy and essential oils. These products are hand-made and organic. They're created by Bekah and her family with so much love and compassion it is felt in every product!
You can check out her site at www.bekahsnaturals.com. My family has been using her products for years. She carries a wide range of sprays, oils, lotions, salts, and even pet products. I highly recommend the Lavendar Queen spray...I use it on literally everything!!
When you place an order tell her Dina sent you!

curious reactions
I've cut all my hair off...growing out my "natural" hair color. Or lack of I guess. I'm over 75% gray. Found my first gray when I was 12. Some strange inherited thing from my dad's side.
Going completely gray at a young age (I'm 36) seems so foreign to society. Many ladies I've told have looked confused, almost disgusted, as if my loss of vanity is a for sure sign that I've gone insane. In many ways I feel that I'm slowly waking up. Too many folks claim a new age lifestyle yet still hold on to their false self with a vice grip.
Been reading "Yoga and the Quest for True Self" by Stephen Cope. Ego seems to be the most difficult to let go of, hence my decision to stop with the hair dye. I have the full and gleeful support of my husband (who is already a silver fox!) and my children. The oldest, who is a hair stylist, is guiding me in my transformation. So lovely to have a personal stylist at my every beck and call.
Needless to say a pic will be posted as my wisdom strands make their appearance. Hopefully they meet with good will.

Music to pose to...
I've been trying to jump start my practice at home and enjoy listening to music. So I was wondering if anyone had any music suggestions. Do you have a favorite CD, artist, or compilation you enjoy while practicing?
